Bowers and Preble play soccer at USM
GORHAM — A pair of past teammates on the Penquis Valley High School soccer team both were members of the University of Southern Maine women’s team this past season.

Sophomore Jessica Preble, of Milo, played in 15 games for the Huskies, making 10 starts. Preble scored four goals and picked up an assist with 11 shots on goal.
Sophomore Courtney Bowers, also of Milo, appeared in one game.
USM finished the season with a record of 3-14, going 0-7 in Little East Conference play.
