On Feb. 4 State Sen. Paul Davis (R-Piscataquis) welcomed Richard Swett, MD of Dover-Foxcroft to the Statehouse in Augusta.
Dr. Swett served as the Doctor of the Day and he was recognized by the entire Senate during the legislative session.
