Library book sale to benefit fellow institution
DOVER-FOXCROFT — A “support public libraries ” 10-cent book sale at the Thompson Free Library on 186 East Main Street runs on Thursday, Dec. 10 from noon to 6 p.m.; Friday, Dec. 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, Dec. 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Included in the sale are weeded and donated pre-read hardcovers and paperback books (including many newer mysteries), children’s and young adult books, audiobooks, videos and DVDs, cookbooks, and jigsaw puzzles. Proceeds support keeping the Millinocket Public Library open. Call the Thompson Free Library at 564-3350 for more information.
