Low vision group meets Dec. 4

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Dover Low Vision Group will meet in the Thayer Parkway Community Room from 10-11:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 4. Maureen Army from state’s Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired will discuss “Independence Without Fears” a joint program of The Iris Network and DBVI to assist people who are dual-sensory impaired or deaf blind. Attendees can get support from others and learn about resources.
