    DEER ISLE – Robin Spencer Laurie, 56, passed away on Sunday morning, September 6, 2015, at her home. She was born August 17, 1959.
    She is survived by her loving husband Tracy Laurie; her mother, Eliza Spencer; her father-in-law, Robert Laurie; brother-in-law and wife, Bobby and Diane Laurie; sisters-in-law, Leslie Miller of Texas, Skeeter Sally Waller of New Jersey, Sandy Blanchette and husband, Jeff of Dexter, and Shari Stagg and husband, Randy of Florida; and her really good friend, Pamela Rawling.
    We would like to say how proud of Robin we are, Robin was born with Rheumatoid arthritis and spent her time making people aware of life with this crippling disease.
    She will truly be missed by her husband who thought the world of her, and her family whom thought she was such a brave and courageous lady.
    A celebration of Robin’s life was held on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 2 p.m. at Deer Isle Congregational Church, 57 Church Street, Deer Isle.
