Meals for Me

Wednesday, July 29 — Chicken Florentine, orange rice, Caribbean vegetables, wheat bread and dessert.

Thursday, July 30 — Ham boiled dinner, steamed white potato, baby carrots and cabbage, wheat bread and dessert.

Friday, July 31 — Chicken with herb sauce, lyonnaise potato, zucchini, wheat bread and dessert.

Monday, Aug. 3 — Pineapple chicken, rice, broccoli, wheat bread and dessert.

Tuesday, Aug. 4 — Pork with apple and onion sauce, cranberry lentil rice, Caribbean vegetable blend,  wheat bread and dessert.

Wednesday, Aug. 5 — Meatloaf with creamy onion gravy, spinach mashed potato, peas and carrots,  wheat bread and dessert.

Eastern Area Agency on Aging’s nutrition program delivers noontime meals through Meals on Wheels to those who qualify and serves at Community Cafes where all are welcome. Cost is $4 (under age 60).  Suggested donation of $4 for seniors age 60 and older.
