    DOVER-FOXCROFT – Norma N. Philpot, 84, wife of the late Aubrey “Bud” Philpot, passed away July 5, 2015, at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. She was born June 18, 1931, in Newport, the daughter of Henry B. and Mae E. (Walton) Neal.
    Mrs. Philpot had been employed as a bookkeeper and then as a pharmacist technician at Brooks Pharmacy in Dover-Foxcroft. She was a past member of OES and a member and past president of the Mocutoc Club.
    She is survived by two daughters, Dianne Lowe of Suffolk, VA, and Carole Buzzell and her husband, Darrell, of Beaver Cove; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
    A private graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sebec Village Community Christian Church, 734 Sebec Village Road, Sebec 04481.
