TCTC inducts students into National Technical Honor Society

    DEXTER — Tri-County Technical Center (TCTC) held its induction ceremony for students becoming members of the National Technical Honor Society on March 19. This national career/technical student organization encourages higher scholastic achievement, cultivates a desire for personal excellence and helps top students find success in today’s highly competitive workplace. Students were selected for membership based on their scholastic achievement, skill development, leadership, honesty, responsibility and good character.

    Ten new members were inducted into the local chapter. They are Zoe Berry, Penquis Valley High School; Mindy Fenn, Foxcroft Academy; Esther Maynard, home school/Dexter Regional High School; Sawyer Murray, Greenville High School; Nicole O’Donnell, home school/Guilford Christian Academy; Joseph Quimby, home school/Nokomis Regional High School; Victoria Sanders, home school/Nokomis; Brian Sletterink, Foxcroft Academy; Brittany Standley, Nokomis; and Johnathan Wilcox, Nokomis.
    Missing from the ceremony was a member who was inducted last year Logan Bagley, a senior from Dexter.
