Foxcroft boys X-C finishes fifth at Red Riot Challenge

ORONO — The Foxcroft Academy boys cross country team ran to a fifth-place performance at Orono High School’s Red Riot Challenge on Saturday, Oct. 7. The Pony boys scored 132 points to come in fifth among eight full teams.

Foxcroft junior Runner Jarrett led his team by covering the 2.5 miles in a time of 14 minutes, 07.73 seconds, good for sixth place among a field of 60 runners.

Freshman Pace Jarrett was next for the Ponies as he came in 24th in a 15:43.57. The rest of the Foxcroft field was senior Zachary Peirce, 26th at 16:16.33; sophomore John Seo, 40th at 17:36.05; freshman Davi Kim, 53rd at 20:23.55; and junior Pablo Segura Diaz, 54th at 20:34.02.
