Abbot Historical Society events

ABBOT — The Abbot Historical Society will be having a cemetery tour beginning at the Abbot Town Hall on Sunday, Oct. 8. We will have light refreshments at 4 p.m. followed by the tour led by Society President Brian Hanscom. Please feel free to join us as he gives the history of several residents who influenced the town or had an interesting story. Game Day is beginning at the Abbot Town Hall on Thursday, Oct. 12 from noon until approximately 3 p.m. We have several cribbage boards and other games or if you have a game you particularly enjoy bring it along! If you don’t like playing cards just come and socialize and enjoy a cup of coffee. With a few exceptions around the holidays we will be having Game Day throughout the winter.
