Rich and Sipple finish second at girls wrestling championship

WELLS — A pair of wrestlers from the region finished in second place in their respective weight classes at the 2023 girls state championship on Feb. 21 at Wells High School.

Dexter Regional High School’s Genevieve Rich came in second at 145 points. Molly Sipple of Piscataquis Community High School reached the finals in the 138-pound class.

PCHS’ Grace Talbot finished third in the 235-pound division.
