Gallant shot her first buck, which weighed 180 pounds and had seven points. She was hunting with her “Bampa,” Karl Greenmen of Cambridge. Gallant is pictured with her prize, a 243 rifle, along with Greenmen and Nancy Nadeau, KC’s Country Store assistant manager.
