Thirty run in 25th Pony Pride race
DOVER-FOXCROFT — Foxcroft Academy graduates, community members, and visitors to the region kicked off the Saturday of Foxcroft Academy Alumni Weekend by running in the 25th Pony Pride road race. This year the course was adjusted to 3.8 kilometers (approximately 2.4 miles) with the runners staying in town on the morning of Aug. 6.
2018 Foxcroft Academy graduate Esau Olson won this year’s Pony Pride, running a time of 15 minutes, 00.9 seconds for the top performance among a field of 30 entrants.
Kaylee Durgin, a 2021 Foxcroft Academy graduate, ran a time of 17:17 to earn the 2022 Pony Pride women’s title – placing third overall.
