Riverfront Redevelopment open house July 21

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Signaling a shift from “destruction” to “construction,” developer Jonathan Arnold of Arnold Development Group will share the Riverfront Redevelopment Project’s progress at an open house on Monday, July 21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The open house at the work site of the former Moosehead Manufacturing mill, 5 East Main Street, will include a tour of the facility, a short presentation by Arnold and a question and answer discussion. The public is invited.

Situated along the Piscataquis River in downtown Dover-Foxcroft, the Riverfront Redevelopment Project involves an investment of more than $11,000,000 in public and private funding. It is slated to become a mixed-use 60,000 square foot complex supporting an office plaza and data center, 22 market-rate residential apartments overlooking the Piscataquis River, a full service restaurant, boutique inn, Internet café, outdoor terrace, farmers market, artist studios and artisans’ ateliers.
