Forest Hills boys defeat Greenville

AUGUSTA – Top-seeded Forest Hills High School of Jackman defeated No. 5 Greenville High School 61-41 in a Class D South semifinal at the Augusta Civic Center on Feb. 23. Two-time defending state champion Forest Hills improved to 20-0 while the Lakers ended the season with a record of 5-13.

Dominic Murray scored a game-high 24 points for Greenville, including four 3-pointers. The rest of the scoring sheet was Liam Mason with seven points; Lance Owens and Ocean Turner with three apiece; and Ethan Anderson and Devin Lauristen each had two points.

Mason Desjardins led Forest Hills with 21 points. Jackman Daigle and Brandon Welsh had eight points apiece.
