PCHS Class of 2021 honor parts

GUILFORD — Piscataquis County Community High School Principal John Keane has announced the valedictorian and co-salutatorians for the Class of 2021.

Valedictorian Maxon Richards lives with parents Becky Holt and Evan Rollins and their younger brother Gavin Richards of Sangerville. Maxon has been a part of the Student Council as the board member, NHS as the president, JMG as the civic awareness officer and track and field as the co-captain. They are an honor roll student and a member of many other extra curriculars. Maxon enjoys being in nature, music, family and animals. They will be attending the University Maine at Machias majoring in biology with a concentration in wildlife. 

Co-Salutatorian Colby Chadwick is the son of Roxanne and Lance Chadwick of Abbot. Colby is a three-sport athlete, PVC scholar, Positive Action Team participant and an honors student. Colby enjoys writing, art, fashion, shopping, hiking, kayaking, standing out and garlic bread. Colby will be attending the University of Maine in Orono for business and marketing. 

Co-Salutatorian Cassie Chambers is the daughter of Mandy and Jacob Chambers of Sangerville. Cassie has been a member of the Student Council as the treasurer, part of the Olympia  Leaders Program, part of the field hockey team and is an honor roll student. Cassie enjoys being with her four dogs, spending time with her family and friends and exploring new places. She will be attending University of Maine at Presque Isle, studying social work.
