UMaine Extension offers rabbit raising class

    DOVER-FOXCROFT — University of Maine Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a class on raising rabbits Tuesday, Feb 25 from 6:30-8 p.m., at  the 165 East Main Street office.

    Sheila Norman, Piscataquis County 4-H community education assistant, will discuss which breeds are suitable for pets and which are suitable for livestock. She will also cover care, housing and nutrition needs and what to expect at a rabbit show.
