PVC basketball all-stars

A number of players from the region earned postseason recognition from the Penobscot Valley Conference.

Peyton Grant of Dexter Regional High School is one of five girls named to the Class C First Team.

Camryn Rolfe of Penquis Valley High School is a Second Team selection.

The Class D First Team features Halle Pelletier and Jessica Pomerleau of Greenville High School as two of the five honorees.

The Class C/D All-Defensive Team includes Kaylee Deering of Dexter, Greenville’s Morgan Noyes, Kylee Trafton of Penquis and Martina Hill of Piscataquis Community High School.

Nathan Richards of Dexter is a Boys Class C Second Team pick.

Dexter’s Trever Richards was chosen for the Third Team.

Eben Cooley of PCHS received honorable mention recognition.

In Class D, Camden Harmon of Greenville is on the First Team. Chris Caiazzo of Greenville received honorable mention recognition.

The Class C/D All-Defensive Team includes Kobe Pillsbury of Dexter, Noah Bilodeau of Greenville, Kobe Gilbert of PCHS and Jeremy Martin of Penquis.

Players selected for the PVC Class C/D senior all-star games March 7 at Mattanawcook Academy in Lincoln include Dexter’s Danielle Cummings and Deering; Katelyn Bolstridge, Lexie Goddard, Rolfe and Megan Valvo from Penquis; and Hope Adkins of PCHS.

Boys all-stars from the area are Dexter’s Kobe Pillsbury and Trever Richards and Cooley.
