DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will be hosting free workshops, Essentials of College Planning, for adults 19 and over on Monday, Oct. 21 at the Piscataquis Valley Adult Education Cooperative, 48 Morton Avenue, at 9 a.m. and the Penquis Higher Education Center, 50 Mayo Street, at 1 p.m.
