Pot luck at Dexter Legion for community garden supporters

    DEXTER — Supporters, volunteers and senior citizens who were involved with the Joe Sherburne Community Garden Project in

Dexter this summer are invited to a pot luck supper at the American Legion Hall on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 5 p.m.
    Attendees are asked to bring a dish to share. There will be a discussion about the first year of the community garden and plans for next season.
    The Joe Sherburne Community Garden served approximately 200 seniors this summer with locally-grown food free of charge. Volunteers planted and maintained the garden all summer.
