Mayo Regional Hospital lobby to undergo renovations for better patient experience

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Mayo Regional Hospital wishes to inform patients, families, and visitors that on Dec. 4 construction will start on the main lobby entrance of the hospital. Hospital officials are completing this project to provide a more private experience for patients when registering for care, as well as more comfortable seating while waiting.

During the phases of this project, please look for signage when coming to the hospital for care or to visit as the entrance or registration area may change. It is highly recommended that if patients have a scheduled test during this time that they call 564-4200 and pre-register, to save time upon arrival.

Mayo Regional Hospital appreciates the public’s patience during this process, which is expected to take about a month. The lobby renovations will improve patient experience when it is complete.
