    CANNON — A daughter, Natalie Frances-Blaire Cannon, born to Amy Fagan-Cannon and Nick Cannon of Dover-Foxcroft on April 29, 2013. Maternal grandparents are Michael and Blaire Fagan of Abbot. Paternal grandparents are Patricia Cannon of Dexter and Eugene and Linda Moriguchi of Fair Oaks, Calif. Great-grandparents are James and Alice Monroe of Sanford.
