Issues & Eggs returns to Piscataquis County

DOVER-FOXCROFT — What impact will the Affordable Care Act have on Maine businesses and individuals? That question, among others, will be discussed at the first 2013 Issues & Eggs Breakfast by the Piscataquis Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber’s Issues & Eggs Breakfasts are a series of forums that feature informative and inspirational speakers touching on important and timely topics affecting the communities and businesses in our region. On Wednesday, June 12 representatives from Barresi Benefits Group will speak and answer questions that both employers and employees have on the effects of health care reform on businesses. Topics to be discussed include: updates on federal law changes, impact on Maine businesses and individuals and the future vision of health benefits in 2014 and beyond.
Join fellow Chamber members from 7:30-9 a.m. for a continental style breakfast at Foxcroft Academy’s Pride Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions as there will be time for Q&A with the presenters. Please RSVP in advance with Chamber Director Erin Arthers by e-mailing exdir@piscataquischamber.com or calling 564-7533.
