Tiger football stars earn LTC honors

DEXTER — The Dexter Regional High School football team, which reached the conference championship game for the first time in a quarter century, had a number of players named to the Little Ten Conference (LTC) All-Star Team.
Chosen for the First Team on offense was quarterback Brayden Miller, receiver Zach White and guard David Kirshkaln.
Tigers on the LTC offensive Second Team are running back Tyler Beem, receiver Jason Campbell, utility player Chandler Perkins, tackle Jon Allen and center Kyle Watson.
First Team Defense selections are Tanner Hall on the line, Beem at linebacker and White in the defensive backfield.
End Jacob Hesseltine and linebacker Perkins were both Second Team Defense picks.
Dexter’s seven LTC All-Academic Team honorees are Brandon Allen, Beem, Tylor Handy, Hesseltine, Miller, Perkins and White.
White, who was a First Team player on both sides of the ball, was his team’s nominee for LTC Player of the Year.
