Groups endorse Sen. Paul Davis

Sportsman’s Alliance, Maine Credit Union League back candidate

Sen. Paul Davis (R-Sangerville) has received the endorsement of both the Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine and the Maine Credit Union League as he runs for election in Senate District 4.

“It is an honor to receive the endorsement of both of these stellar organizations,” Sen. Davis said . “I am pleased that my work in the Legislature has been beneficial to my constituency, and to theirs, as there is much intersection in the two. Supporting credit unions means supporting our communities and good financial health, and supporting sportsmen means supporting Maine’s heritage and our economy.”

Sen. Davis serves as chair of the Legislature’s Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Committee, and so has much opportunity to work closely on legislation that supports and encourages Maine’s outdoors heritage and way of life. In addition to his legislative work, Sen. Davis is an avid sportsman who enjoys hunting and fishing.
