MAKING SOMEONE’S VALENTINE’S DAY A Valentine’s Day surprise happened at the Hibbard Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dover-Foxcroft as good Samaritan Dan Stern of Dover-Foxcroft brought a dozen long-stemmed red roses to a resident. The lucky recipient, Jean Lee, was thrilled to receive the roses, saying she had never received anything like it in her life.
